Step 1: Choose Your CSE Live Pass

Choose one of the five registration options from the menu below. To see a full breakdown of each pass's inclusions, click HERE, and the pricing page will open in a new window.

Group Registration? No problem; we have you covered. Complete your own registration and go all the way through to the end; then, JUST before payment is submitted, there is a box called "ADD MORE REGISTRANTS." Click it, and it will allow you to add more people. The main information will be duplicated. You will only need to add personal information like name, title and dietary needs if applicable. Check the waiver for each person. If you get stuck, call or email us; our contact info is at the bottom.

NOTE: When choosing your pass, please make note that the free pass option is exclusively for PLANNERS. Planners, in this case, means you must be the person responsible for planning the event, making purchasing decisions related to hiring event suppliers and or on the planning team for your business.  If you're a supplier, meaning you work in venue sales, AV, decor, lighting, provide gifting, entertainment, or offer services that event planners can utilize, you must select a paid pass, either the Two-Day, One-Day or Supplier Pass. If there's a mix-up in your selection, don't worry — we'll reach out to clarify. Exceptions to this rule are anyone working in catering or venues who is on the planning side of events. Thank you. 

  • Includes all events on Monday, May 6 and Tuesday, May 7 + Opening Night Party.

  • Includes all events on Monday, May 6, including the Rosé & Raspberry Brunch + Opening Night Party and access to EventFest after 11:00 am May 7

  • Includes all events on Tuesday, May 7, from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm.

  • To attend only the Opening Night Party, select this ticket. To combine the Party with the Conference or EventFest, pick your main ticket first, then add the Opening Night Ticket.

  • This pass is for those responsible for planning events and buying event services. It is valid for the EventFest Show on Tuesday, May 7, from 11:00 am - 6:00 pm.

  • This pass is for those working for companies that provide services and products for events, like AV, decor, or entertainment. It is valid for the EventFest Show on Tuesday, May 7, from 11:00 am - 6:00 pm.

Terms and Conditions

CSE Live Disclaimer and Waiver of Liability (May 6-7, 2024)

By attending CSE Live, you agree to the following:

1. Dietary Requirements: CSE cannot guarantee that the food and beverages offered by EventFest Trade Show vendors and food trucks are allergen-free. Attendees are responsible for ensuring they verify ingredients are safe for them to consume directly with these vendors before consumption.
2. Physical Environment, Auditory and Visual Exposure: Be mindful of varied floor levels and lighting. Expect and accept loud sounds and dynamic lighting as part of the event.
3. Personal Satisfaction: We aim for a fulfilling experience but can't guarantee personal satisfaction.
4. Waiver of Liability: You release National Event Marketing Group Inc., Evergreen, CSE Live, its organizers, sponsors, and affiliates from all liability related to your participation.
5. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations 60 days prior are refundable minus 10%. Substitutions are allowed until 72 hours before the event.
6. Speakers' Views: Speakers' opinions are their own; CSE Live is not liable for the opinions expressed at the event.
7. Anti-Harassment Policy: We ensure a harassment-free experience. Violators may be expelled without a refund.
8. Photographs and Publicity: We may use event photos/videos for promotional purposes; consent is implied by attendance.
9. Admittance: CSE reserves the right to refuse entry or expel disruptive attendees without a refund or expel guests who are attending without proof of purchasing the appropriate pass.
